4 years is a long time to be away; but a LOT has happened in those 4 years. For one the "baby" is not 7. I went back to work subbing and quickly began getting called to cover long term positions for 3 to 7 months at a time. Then 2 years ago I took the leap with the support of my family and began once again to work on my credential and Masters degree. Next week will be the culmination of all my work. Now in the midst of crazy uncertain times, I am finishing strong and still it looks as though things as yet change again as we do not know what the future holds.
Still, the future has never been known to us. But there is a greater One who each of us in his hands and longs to be known by us.
Jeremiah 29:11-13
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
